The plate is created by blending hand-drawn images with photographic elements to achieve the desired composition and tonal variations. By adjusting exposure times and using different image compositions I have created the overall aesthetic effect of the print. The spectral figure holds a small box, barely visible. There are secrets everywhere, the secret box and its contents, the secret spectre gliding unseen through the forest, what inner secrets accompany us as we glide through life, barely visible but always with us.
